What to Expect
Welcome to Dearborn United Methodist Church. We invite you to learn more about what to expect on this page. We warmly invite you to join us for worship or any event that interests you. We hope this page answers some of your questions and gives an understanding of what to expect when you arrive at our church.
Where to Park:
The church has a parking lot beside our Fellowship Hall, also known as Shannon Hall, and the building will be our point of worship and entrance during the time of our construction for our new Sanctuary. We will be adapting to changes as we start construction.

Worship
While we begin work on our new sanctuary we will be worshiping in our Fellowship Hall also known as Shannon Hall.
We have Bibles and hymnals on the table or in the rack under each chair for use during the service. We do use TVs in our worship to project hymns, Bible verses, and for special messages that require visuals or sound. Worship at 11 PM is traditional in style and we sing hymns accompanied by piano. Dress is casual and comfortable, shorts in the summer and jeans in the winter are common.
We serve Holy Communion (Lord's Supper) the first Sunday of each month. Gluten-free bread is available and all are welcome to receive the bread and juice.
We hope you will join us in worship with God and his son, Jesus Christ.

Sunday morning 9:45-10:30 a.m.
